I bought a car yesterday, and Mary French at the Central Ave. branch was extremely helpful. She did everything to get me the best possible interest rate, and I was able to get a check to the dealer this morning. Couldn't have done it without Member's Choice, and another shoutout to Mary French at Central Ave.
I am eternally grateful for all that this credit union and staff have done for me and my family! The staff there has always been a helping hand in my time of need when I couldn’t find a way out. It was a blessing to be seen as a human instead of an account #. Very thankful and always tell family and friends about becoming a member!
There’s not enough characters allowed for me to tell everyone what I think of Members Choice. Each branch, each branch office staff, and a couple employees I could mention personally ( they know who they are) who go above and beyond for everyone, not just me. I truly appreciate them and this credit union!! Great customer service. We goofed and could have been charged late fees and interest charges, but Mary and Katie were so helpful to find the problem and get it fixed. Thanks, ladies!
