I’ve been very disappointed with MCCU these past few months. I had an issue a few months back with them allowing charges to go through when I don’t have overdraft protection enabled on my account. They had a system upgrade and failed to notify people that a new app was required. Most recently, I received two courtesy pay fees on transactions that show I had a positive balance at the time they went through.
