Do you love your debit cards frozen for no reason or warning, this is the place. Even when ya tell them ya going on an out of state trip,never fails. Oh...tou going to call them for help?? Don't bother,no one answers the phone. Remember when this place was an easy 5 stars plus. Time for us to move on. Way to much headache dealing with the nonsense here.
I usually prefer a credit union over a bank, but not in this case. When I first joined I was treated excellent, over the past year customer service has gone to the wayside, staff is constantly changing, and is obvious that they don't care about their members. I left yesterday because of their dispute policies on charges to accounts. They have literally taken hundreds from me, I've had my account breached 3 times, and when closing my account they wouldn't even give me cash, it was a cashier check that I have to pay to cash!
