After 40 years, I closed my account today. Members Advantage has outsourced their customer service and fraud department. It is near impossible to get someone on the phone that is in the branch. When fraud was reported on my debit card, the bank offered no help and withheld funds. My pleas to get my money fell on deaf ears as the outsourced fraud department were the only ones who approved disputes, NOT the credit union. Loyalty doesn’t matter to the credit union. I've been with this bank 25yrs+ and they've always delivered with a excellent banking experience, loans, credit cards, IRA's, Mortgage etc.
To the sweet helpful lady Gaby at the location on Ohio thank you for your help and kindness. Just never know how someone's day is going and it's nice to have a good interaction with another person. I'm sure you work hard. GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE!! 0
