I usually prefer a credit union over a bank, but not in this case. When I first joined I was treated excellent, over the past year customer service has gone to the wayside, staff is constantly changing, and is obvious that they don't care about their members. I left yesterday because of their dispute policies on charges to accounts. They have literally taken hundreds from me, I've had my account breached 3 times, and when closing my account they wouldn't even give me cash, it was a cashier check that I have to pay to cash! Customer service at this location is a joke. I came in to close my account after banking here for 15 years due to numerous bad experiences and was told I was not able to close my own bank account without my mom physically present because her name is listed on the account. I asked if there was any way around this “policy” because it made no sense to me as it was never a joint account.
