Edit: I called today because I really didn't want to deal with another prescription bottle for a nonexistent person. They fixed my name in 10 minutes. Changing my review from 1 star to 3stars because it seems to be random if you get someone competent or not. Member services will not change my incorrect "name" on my profile to my LEGAL NAME due to an error my insurance made, even though my name has been successfully changed with my insurance. I've been a patient Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, CA for 29 years. I've been to the ER for kidney stones, broken back, heart issues, you name it. I've always had a pleasant experience (as much as you can have in an ER). My last visit was in June 2024, I was there for 26hrs (battery of tests for my heart) and it was the best ER experience I've ever had (Morse Rd in Sacramento). I saw Dr. Bhaat” at Roseville in rheumatology dept and she is extremely rude and unprofessional. Where and how do these people get to be in the profession they are? I think they are recruited in places like India, outsourced to come here. They can care less about what you’re going through and resort to medication instead of preventing and actually diagnosing correctly. My experience with this particular rheumatologist was horrible, I complained to member services and have yet to hear from someone! I keep getting the run aro... read more
