Used to be 5 stars, couple of years ago. Had to change to 1 because service changed so much. Just needed shampoo and used to be great, but the last time, she suddenly decided to change the prices, blame it on the owner, and outright said it would cost more for conditioner also! Outrageous. I was injured and needed help with hair wash for what ended up being months and took my business elsewhere. Way to leave a girl hanging! Went from 5 stars to 1 and cannot recommend any longer.
I had a fantastic experience at Member Cuts in Mountains Edge! I went in for a lob to help with my fine, thin hair, and Dena did an incredible job. She was super fast without sacrificing quality. She also took the time to recommend some great products to help with my hair’s health and volume, which I’m already loving. I’ve definitely found my new go-to spot and can’t wait for my next cut with Dena!
Dena was very quick and efficient with everything. Wasn’t hard to tell that she has been doing this for a while and is good at it
Place has gone downhill. Save your money and hair. Go elsewhere.
