We have been using their services for approximately 4 1/2 years communication is excellent, follow up is very good, and of course were inline with our budget so that makes everyone happy. Really we find them to be much more customer service oriented than the old Mgmt company, who was one of the large firms in NJ

Our association has been using mem property mgmt for several years. Within the first year of using them, they saved us thousands of dollars. We were drastically overpaying for our insurance. The money we have saved has been used to pay for some much needed repairs. Whenever we have a problem it is nice to know mem mgt has many resources to help us such as attorneys, roofers, painters, etc. Our property manager, Mary is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Matthew and his staff are friendly, respectful and responsive. Whenever there has been a problem I have been able to count on them to go above and beyond to get the issue resolved. They have a great online payment portal as well that makes paying our monthly common charges effortlessly organized and paperless.
