I had a good conversation with Mr. Melvin.
Trying to support a neighborhood business. I bought a refrigerator used from Melvin, I told him the only way I would buy was due to Ice maker. He send me a picture of the refrigerator and it did have an ice maker and brought it to me as I was working and could not come to his location. He deliver the refrigerator well the ice maker did not work call him the same day and the next . Bought a refrigerator from him and the icemaker didn't work. Called him and he said it takes 24hrs to start working. After 24hrs it still didn't work. Called him several times to get a new one or have him fix it. He just said all sales are final and hung up on me several times. Very unprofessional and rude
VERY POOR COMMUNICATION....APPLIANCE TRASH .... upon arriving it smelled like old urine ... had small bugs coming out ... and the spin didn’t work you would have to spin twice so your clothes wouldn’t be dripping wet. He was called immediately came out two days later claimed he was going to change it and here it is a month later he’s being rude and still hasn’t done anything ... VERY BAD BUSINESS MAN
Bought a washer and dryer set from this place. The washer didn't last a year and leaked detergent all over my utility room floor. The appliances are rebuilt poorly and overpriced. Also, they try to cheat you if want to sell one to them. Don't go there and waste your time and money.
