Why was I told after I gave the young lady all of my mom's information that there's a $50.00 charge just to book an appointment? And then she laughed like it was funny. My mom have insurance. Why would we pay?
I like Dr. Washington, and his staff and have been going there for years but lately they just keep adding charges and doing things that I didn’t ask for and then billing me. Unfortunately, I have to find a new dentist.
