From the evaluation of issues with our roof shingles and repair to helping with our insurance this company truly cares for its customers. The installers are very professional and clean up the work area very quickly and well. There was a small mix up with the invoicing, but was resolved very quickly. Thank you!
Jesse and his crew from Melvin Mills Roofing did a fantastic job on installing my new roof. Everyone at this company did a phenomenal job and customer service was amazing. Shawn was so good to work with, from the first time we met him he made us feel like we mattered. Definitely recommend this company!
The gutters were not all installed. It took several raining days for them to figure out why. The shields got blocked. Two years later I had to pay for new replacement by another company.They threw away the fence from the chimney and they hope we wouldn’t notice it. I took several calls with complaints and more than a year to come to see their mistakes. They wanted to witness during the rain but never came. Our videos they. said didn't help
