Was originally referred to Swedish, but since my insurance would be coming to an end, I called around for a place they could get me in sooner. When I called here, they said they only had a waiting list of two weeks. I was getting ready to go to see my doctor so I asked her for a referral here . I was so afraid. Seems I was worried about nothing. Today it's been a week since my surgery. Dr. Wahl and his team have been my dream team. What a wonderful experience. I knew there would be discomfort, but the team and the Kadlec nurses kept it managable and in check. Thank you Dr. Wahl and thank everyone on your superiour professional team. I saw two other surgeons before meeting Dr. Wahl. Both prior surgeons told me I needed a fusion, but that I was "too young," despite debilitating pain for the last 5 years (and pretty constant pain over the last 17 years). Dr. Wahl recognized that my quality of life was important, and agreed to do a fusion. I'm 8 weeks post-surgery and am virtually pain free. To say that he changed my life is an understatement. You'll not find a more skilled hand in a surgeon, nor someone who cares like Dr. Wahl (and his amazing team).
Really took time with us. Got to see him personally not his PA. I have full confidence in him as my surgeon .
