Update 10/23/24 Ms. Alisha finally responded clearly upset though. So, far my impression is she is very unprofessional. I will update my review as my case moves along long. I will update the stars if things start improving and I start receiving better customer service. Previous Post: I have been calling emailing going through your scheduler getting on your schedule just to be canceled and I have been trying to get an update on my case for about 4 to 5 months.
