Almost 17 years ago you saved my 11 1/2 month old baby girl. Worst time of my life but Dr. Meltzer is the reason why my daughter will be celebrating her 18th birthday in a couple of months. Words cannot describe the appreciation my family has for this incredible doctor/surgeon.
