My experience was good. I had 2 1/2yrs prior flatbed experience, so I didn't need to go out with trainer. Still had to go thru 8 day classroom and securement training. They want you to secure items there way which makes sense. You do not install tire chains in winter. They want you to sit it out until roads are safe which to me is a big plus.
