I contacted Melton Carpet Court to do a couple of timber floors because of a prior great experience with the company in Sydney. Well, the great experience continued here! The whole process was easy. Aaron came to have a look at the job and show me samples. No pressure sales, just showed me what he has. Once I decided to go ahead, we locked in a date. We went there today, not to buy carpet (yet), but to ask if they could measure 3 rooms, when we are ready to actually buy carpet. Its a new house and c carpet can not be laid until mid to late April. They fully understood our situation and nothing was too much trouble. In saying that, we will definitely be buying carpet from them. We are very happy with their service and understanding.
Great staff Aaron helped us heaps Gave us 5 samples to take home The carpet we ordered was of high quality and once the carpet was laid you could see and feel where the money went can’t complain about the quality very happy with product.
