Customer service here is beyond anyone’s expectations. They deserve 10 star evaluation. I have taken my machine for repair into another “authorized dealer” for over a year, stating something was wrong with the stitching. It never was repaired correctly. Brought it here to Mel’s, and it is sewing like brand new. They found several things that had to be repaired. This is the best sewing doctor in Southern California. It was worth the two hour trip to bring it here.

No place like mels. Not just expert teaching and guidance but the best social group! Where sewers are more than customers! We're friends with genuine interest in each other's lives! Sewing just makes it all the more fun! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!
