Mel's is the best place I have found for quality seafood at a reasonable price.
Fresh and Tasty! We had a Steamer Pot last weekend (potatoes, corn, sausage, snow crab, and shrimp). You just follow the directions to cook it in a pot that is provided! Incredible! Today we got some takeout for lunch. Shrimp rolls - cold shrimp salad on a fresh New England roll. Crabby Fries - fresh cut fries with old bay And the kids had chicken strips with fresh cut fries. Everything was fresh, made to order, and very tasty at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back for another Steamer Pot and more lunches!
Great spot for seafood. Togo sandwiches were awesome.
Placed a lunch order for a group in our office that included spicy shrimp & haddock stew, fish & crab cake sandwiches, shrimp roll, whimpies, and Buffalo oysters. Will definitely be ordering again! If you haven't already done so, stop by and at least check it out.
Have stopped in several times over the past 2 weeks, but stopped in today to try the take out menu. To get a feel for the different options on the menu, I grabbed a bit more than I would normally grab. Mel's Crab Sandwich: If you've had Mel's crab cakes -\-\ I've grabbed them on 2 trips already -\-\ it's the same crab cake but on a roll. Finally stopped in and Love it! Mama, we got gator & scottish salmon!
