Purchased a lb of the sea scallops tonight for our dinner. Fresh from boat to Mel's. They were seriously the best scallops we have ever had. Highly recommend!
Got a dozen x-large crabs here yesterday for my wife for mothers day and they were exceptional! Seasoning is spot on, crabs were delicious and Mel was informative and really cool guy! They have everything you can think of here. Loved it and will definitely go back!
Stopped in today for shrimp. Was given an AWESOME lesson in what to look for when purchasing. The quality and price where second to none. Never purchasing our seafood anywhere else again!
The shrimp alfredo and steamed shrimp were delicious as was the crab quiche! YUM!!
I went to Mel's for the first time today. I purchased the chicken chesapeake, a crab cake and about a pound of gulf shrimp. All were uncooked upon purchase. All were amazing when cooked. Prices I feel were slightly lower than competitors.
