My favorite place in Phoenix. They have a hand breaded tenderloin as big as the plate! Everything is so good. �

Great people and great food! I have been to Phoenix 5 times and went to Mel's probably 8 times.
I know it says Mel's Diner but it is a good place specially to have breakfast their chicken fried steak special includes the white gravy which is made out of scrap I love it
Food and service was very good! Servers were all super nice,friendly, as well as upbeat! Cooks were way easier on the eyes than Mel was (hahaha) and for the ladies, LOTS of fine looking Firemen frequent the restaurant ~ �
