I caught a small rock to the windshield of my brand new Honda CR-V this morning while driving on the highway. I called Mel's and within the hour they were able to have a technician (Greg - great job!) come out to my office and repair the damage for a very reasonable price. Everybody that I worked with was extremely friendly, informative and most importantly quick to handle my needs so that I could get back to my day. I recommend them and will use their services in the future when needed! Thanks guys!

Left my door panel full of broken glass. Window wasn't aligned correctly and couldn't close all the way. The company didn't even want to fix the problem when notified about it.
They were quick and great to work with. And their prices were reasonable.
Several years ago, a rock hit my windshield and knocked a hole in it. Mel's came to my place of business, were there at the time scheduled, and did the replacement right there in the parking lot. So I had no time wasted in driving somewhere to have it repaired. Definitely recommend based on this experience!
There was a big crack in my husbands windshield, I called and they were out the next day to replace it, and conveniently came to his work to do it!
