Very unhappy with my experience. Did an online quote for a quarter panel window - $284. They called to schedule service. Price is now quoted at $436, but they can put it in same day. I take an appointment the next day. They are behind, so instead of an hour, it will be 2 hrs. I leave to get lunch. They call me an hour & 20 minutes after my appointment time & leave a message stating that they ordered the passenger window instead of the drivers side. Recommendedon time, efficient, & very professional. we had a windshield replaced in a diesel big rig. the long haired gentleman, (sorry didn't catch his name??) was very polite and professional. Its the only company my office will use!
