THE STAFF HERE IS TERRIBLE. I just went with my mom and the put an IV were the weren’t supposed to. I told them to find the vein first, but they didn’t listen. They kept putting the needle in with they weren’t supposed to. They got me mad and then they sent me into the waiting room. Meanwhile, I’m supposed to stay with my mom cause she’s gonna faint. Terrible staff. BY THE WAY, I WORK IN HEALTHCARE

I just called up wanting to talk to the doctor about my inhaler.I I Lost it and needed a replacement.The lady on the phone said "oh we don't do perceptions" I said I need my inhaler to breathe??? She said ,""ohh you have to come back because we have nothing to do with perceptions. And I'm hanging up now good bye". So I couldn't talk to my doctor, And I just found out that,a hospital has nothing to do with perceptions??? We do we get them when we go to the hospital???? PLEASE KEEP YOURSELF, FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS FROM THIS PLACE. Yesterday, I went to visit my best friend's mother. She is dealing with stage 5 kidney failure, chronic diabetes, and heart disease, and she is also recovering from a stroke. The woman at the front desk was really nice, but the care upstairs is a total mess. When I got to the room, the nurse didn't even say hello. Worst hospital in the area, they neglect patients, we were mistreated by the receptionist while my husband was bleeding. When I called for a follow up, the receptionist got upset because I asked to speak with a doctor so she decided to hang up on me. I have never seen people working in a hospital being this heartless and mean to patients in need of care.
