Still upset at how they treated me in the ER. They falsified my notes. I later learned that even though the "doctor" had prescribed an IV drip, the nurse didn't administer it, no one ever told me. Granted it was for an electrolye imbalance?? Sounds like an important thing to tell someone about. Should be sued and put out business, honestly.
Melrose Wakefield Amanda small- nursing supervisor - unsafe discharge. Took my mom there Friday night for emergency 24/7 care everything was all set, come up on Saturday Amanda says no she go can home alone, meanwhile she has two Drs. Showed up on a slow day after a motorcycle accident. They took a scan and just left me in the room for hours. Alone, no word or anything. So I ended up leaving, of u end up hurting i wouldn't go here and now they are gonna try and charge me like crazy but all I had was one scan I will be reporting this place tomorrow and calling my insurance to not pay it what a waste of time.
