Unfortunately, we cannot leave a positive review for Melrose. We have closed on two houses with them about four years apart. We have closed on over 30 other houses with various other title companies. We have never had any issues with the others, but with Melrose, both closings were extremely delayed ( by weeks). Although the receptionist was always friendly and helpful, Dylan (our assigned agent) had very poor communication. Payments not received until two months later left me with extra $450 to pay. Not checking title to house I bought made month later for 2nd mortgage to be approved
