current resident of Melrose Place. the staff are friendly and helpful. still probably the most affordable place in Newark
Left a very detailed instructions of what they did.
Let me start by saying, the management and the owners have ppl living in apartments that are unsafe. Floods, which created water damage in my bedroom, my kitchen which was flooded and the maintenance team only did a patch job on the ceiling. Which still had water underneath the light fixtures. These apartments have structural damage and the owner needs to be held responsible for all repairs and damages.
