Let me start by saying, the management and the owners have ppl living in apartments that are unsafe. Floods, which created water damage in my bedroom, my kitchen which was flooded and the maintenance team only did a patch job on the ceiling. Which still had water underneath the light fixtures. These apartments have structural damage and the owner needs to be held responsible for all repairs and damages. While the water was coming through my apartment, maintenance sends a moron to stop the water and he didn’t notify the landl... read more

I used to live here and boy do i miss it. Only left based on a bug situation and a couple of issues but if i can i would return. I have really fond memories with neighbors that still live there that made my children and i feel welcome. Once you get acquainted with some neighbors it's really no issues with pettiness. Unless yall just don't like each other or dunno how to respect one another. Rent was great.
