RecommendedWhenever I've had a problem they've always been prompt in resolving it. Heat went out with these cold spells recently and the maintenance team was here in ten minutes after I made the call. issue was resolved within thirty minutes once they arrived. They've also worked around my schedule since I do work from home as well which has been helpful in making sure I can work undisturbed. The staff has always been very pleasant, and Jessie is an absolute gem.
Drugs, break ins, rats, bugs, flooding, rude office staff, and poor maintenance. I've lived here for almost 3 years, and this place has gone way down hill. It used to be a quite place to live, but between people getting murdered here, increasing rent for "upgrades", always seeing pest control and having issues with roaches, them taking their sweet time to "repair" anything, dog poop everywhere, people breaking into apartments and vehicles....I could go on. Do the exact opposite of everything they're doing now. Try. Treat this like people have to live here instead of just a job you hate being at.
The location is good, the neighbors are awesome, and that’s where the good stuff stops, only one dumpster, the maintenance is horrible, now the post office master has suspended the delivery of our mail because they (Melrose on the Bay) won’t fix them I could go on and on, but it’s just a waste of my time, what a disappointment
