Unfortunately, we just had an ambulance come after dark who had to backtrack because they initially couldn’t see our address. This is unacceptable, especially after having served my country and community as a veteran and policeman. Will the HOA please consider having all the address numbers painted on the curb so they are visible by 911 headlights? There’s a company that offers HOA jobs for half price ($15 each house) that just did Bay Springs HOA and Partridge Terrace HOA, both locally in Orlando.
Recently purchased a property managed by Melrose and was provided with prompt, professional response regarding maintenance to the common area near my house. It was taken care of quickly. Thank you.
One of the worst management companies I have ever encountered. They do not take care of any of the properties they manage. All of them have the same issue, trash everywhere, grass dying and uncut, half the sprinklers don't work, the property manager never answers the phone. The only enforcement they provide is for towing vehicles for being parked in the designated spaces.
