Mooi Hotel met vriendelijk personeel. In onze kamer spoelde het toilet niet door. Dit aan de receptie gemeld en binnen de 10 minuten stond een "engineer" aan onze kamer om het probleem te verhelpen. Het probleem was tijdelijk opgelost. Helaas werkte het binnenwerk van de waterbak niet mee. Gelukkig had ik wat mee gevolgd en heb ik het probleem tijdens ons verblijf meerdere malen zelf kunnen oplossen. Hotel elegante, curato e silenzioso, in una posizione strategica perfetta per muoversi a piedi e con la metro. Camere spaziose, pulizia impeccabile e letti molto confortevoli. Personale professionale, disponibile e sempre attento. Un soggiorno di livello superiore, ideale sia per lavoro sia per piacere.

I’m giving this one star because it is the lowest I can go. There is a historic preservation fee that they don’t tell you about till the last day. If you are planning on budgeting on your trip or you do not expect this fee, expect $30 every day you stay there as well as a five dollar occupancy tax. This is not listed anywhere on the website. If it was, we would not have stayed here. I suggest you do the same.

Chaneé for the stay and hip hip hoooray!! We had an excellent stay at Melrose! From the friendly hospitality, especially Chaneé! She was so sweet! Room was comfort and so close to metro! Thai you fir a great stay and thank you for Chaneé!!!
