Great Service Melrose Florist really made a difference. I called from California hoping that I would find a helpful florist who could put together a beautiful bouquet. Melrose florist was very helpful and I placed my order not knowing that the recipient was not allowed to have flowers. When we found out, Melrose Florist retrieved the bouquet and worked with me to put together a lovely balloon and silk flower arrangement. The recipient loved it and I appreciated the wonderful service I received. Thanks!

Exceptional service – I am not local and called Melrose Florist to send a bouquet to my sister at UW Medical Center. I didn't realize that she could not have flowers, but Melrose Florist worked with me to put together silk flowers and balloons instead. After some bad experiences with other florists, I really appreciated the great customer service. My sister loved the gift that was delivered.
