Recommendedthe fastest exam I ever had in my life and everything came out perfect.
Very attentive to myself and children's needs. Love how she sat and asked for family history. That being said opted for a more tests because of that. FYI. Received glasses in less than a week.
Apparently walk-ins with no medical emergency have more priority than those who scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. They also blamed my Abuela's insurance company for the lack of communication when her glasses had arrived two weeks ago. Talk about ridiculous service and completely unprofessional!
Go somewhere else if you need your glasses in 2 weeks or less. But If you want to wait more than 4 weeks and have your insurance get blame for their miscommunication than this is your place..
