Enjoyed the tour. I think the guide said her name was Josie, but I may have heard her wrong; at any rate, she was phenomenal. I always feel bad because my family is not a ask questions kinda family, but she was informative and not boring and monotone, which is a huge plus for me. I'd come back.
8/1/26 Excellent tour guide, informative tour, beautiful caverns. Unfortunately, the first part of being here was ruined by the person I believe was the nepo baby cavern owner (Jack Yancey, I’m guessing - from what I gather, he inherited it) who ignored us and stuffed a chip in his mouth after we said hello. He proceeded to micromanage every little thing going on around him. I felt really bad for his staff - they were super nice young folks and he clearly…. was not.
