Brought my teen here to have her hair cut, thinned, and styled. We were greeted with a smile by the owner and felt super comfortable. My daughter is extremely particular about her hair and I worried she wouldn't get what what she asked for. The owner did my daughter's hair and perfectly emulated the picture my daughter brought in (she brought in the close up picture and the other is my daughter's finished hair). I went here requesting a pink toner for my blonde hair as my natural hair grows out. My plan has been to try and grow out my hair to have it eventually solid in my natural colour. The reason I went with this service was specifically to preserve my natural colour, dirty blonde. The toner was left in my hair for 45 minutes.
