I recently had the pleasure of working with Melody Kleoni on a transaction in Benicia, where she represented the buyer and I represented the sellers. Melody was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She was highly professional, responsive, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire transaction. Melody is the consummate professional, honest, and is very knowledgeable about the entire process. I wouldn't use anyone else.
As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were very unfamiliar with the process and didn’t know what to expect. With Melody’s guidance, we purchased our home in just a couple of months and everything went so smoothly. Throughout the process, Melody was very professional, responsive, and understanding of our preferences and concerns. She encouraged us without it feeling pushy, provided support in our decisions, and always kept us in the loop. We will certainly work with her again for any of our future home needs!
We had a wonderful experience working with Melody to find our first home. She was communicative and helpful the entire way. We recommend her for the pleasant hill and martinez areas.
Melody is a successful agent in the Walnut Creek, CA area. She is are not only an accomplished and knowledgeable real estate professional, but also someone who consistently goes above and beyond to help others. I highly recommend her!
