Melody is a good hair cutter, but by far takes the CROWN in WORST CHAIR SIDE MANNER. Her remarks about unrealistic hair cut and a good hair cut is not good enough, so you must use quality products was a bit off putting. As if everybody knows that. Ok, fair enough to educate me, but can you soften up on the condescending tone. The creme de la creme was after the hair cut she spun my chair around, removed the shoulder protective wrap and handed me my purse to get me out of the chair. I called for an appointment; Melody said she was unavailable by her assistant could do the cut. When I arrived Melody was there, and remained there the whole time, supervising and recutting my cut. It was a two hour nightmare for a simple trim. It was a very odd experience; I will never go back, which I think, was Melody's ultimate goal.
