Dr. Chang lacks bedside manner, does not know how tonspeak to her patients. Had to go to another podiatrist where they put a care plan in place to resolve foot fungus. Waste of my yime and insurance
Dr. Chong was dismissive and cut me off anytime I tried to ask a question. She rushed my daughter through the appt and tried to hard sell products. I was charged at the beginning of the appointment with what I felt was an arbitrary number and I was told to call another number if I wanted a receipt. I do not recommend this Doctor!
Accompanying my grandfather for his gout consultation with Dr. Melody Chong was an upsetting experience. Dr. Chong displayed impatience and a lack of interest in helping my grandfather. I understand language barriers can be difficult to navigate but Dr. Chong was rather demeaning in our exchange as I helped translate. I went to Dr Chong to get orthotics fitted in late July to fix muscle pain. One was giving me heel pain, when I returned to get refitted the new refitted was worse than original. I'm still waiting to receive my orthotics (almost November). Not only that, but billing is atrocious, I've been charged $130 for each visit (even to get them fixed!) plus I was quoted $680 for the orthotics and was charged +$1200.
A very thorough expert. Pleasant. Staff very helpful and present. Dr. Chong fixed my problem.
