Both of my boys see Dr. Bilong for ADHD management and have for several years. She listens to my concerns, calls me back usually same day and always has their best interests in mind. I have also noticed that the phones have been answered every time I call this year, prior i had to leave a message.

Not impressed with their doctors or staff. Definitely not worth the wait. Go to PCH if at all possible.
My autistic teenage daughter has been a patient here for 4 years. She attempted to commit suicide and now they REFUSE to see her for additional care. Dr. Melmed doesn't care for his patients and their well being. What kind of doctor would send a suicidal teenager away if they needed help???
Been with Melmed for 9 years. Does that give you any credit for missed appointments? .....NO. Annette the “money fiend” is more concerned with collecting late fees. This places tried to hawk you everything Dr.Melmed comes up with. Want books, teas, services you don’t need? Come here. I had emergency gall bladder removal and they charged me $75 for a no show then another $75 because in my drugged up incoherent state I made a follow up for 2 weeks later that I not only didn’t remember but I was still recovering from surgery!!!... read more
