Worst experience ever! Scheduled an appointment in January 2018, the first available is June 2018. Wait 6 months for an appointment, all while son is struggling in school, only to find out the wrong appointment type was booked. When I booked the appointment I told them my son's school recommended he have a full evaluation. I let them know that one of my son's teachers had her own son evaluated there and it was helpful and thought it would be helpful for my son. I have to agree with several other reviewers about the office staff and their scheduling procedures. Like many of these parents we called 2 weeks in advance to get an appointment for counseling so we could learn how to better deal with our son's behavioral issues. We very eagerly awaited each day as the appointment got nearer feeling like we "will finally get some help."
