Purchased a vehicle in September 2025, drove it twice and it has been in their shop since. "Waiting for a part".. Maybe source it somewhere else or something... I got the registration in the mail before I got an update from them. Very disappointed. Having lots of buyers regret. Got the vehicle back and woudl give them less stars if i could. The maintenance work for my vehicle was projected to take three days or more. I could not be without my vehicle for that length of time. My service advisor proposed dividing the work into sections that could be completed on different days, which would allow me to meet various commitments. To my surprise, the mechanic was able to complete all the service work on the first day, which fit my schedule very well.
