Horrible experience, bought a 2025 Durango in October 2024 and immediately started having electric issues. Was told parts had been ordered in march of 2025, it is now may 2026 and they keep giving a run around. Service department becomes upset when you ask questions and request information. great service and fair price
The people here are great but the showroom and service department's waiting room smells really bad of exhaust and paint fumes. I've had a few issues with my vehicle and I have to sit outside while they work ony car. Last time I went it was really windy and very dusty outside but had no choice but to sit outside in the wind due to the fumes making me nauseous and giving me a headache. This place is awful for service. The service rep Michael Gonzales told me they would have my car about 2 days and that turned into almost two weeks. He would not respond to my requests for updates, lied to me multiple times, wasted my time, and left me without a vehicle for an entire weekend by never calling me after my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. My invoice states it was finished at 12:40 on a Friday and I had to text him Monday morning for an update before I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup.... read more
