My husband and I purchased a jeep approximately 1.5 yrs ago. A few months later, we took it in to evaluate shaking that was occurring. The service department kept it 10 days, during which time the tires were rotated. Said they did a 300 mile test drive with no problems. A few weeks later we had the same issue and took it back. We were informed that the jeep was no longer under warranty and we would have to pay an inspection fee and costs if repairs needed. Bad business!!! Would like to hear from a manager. Thank you...
