Brian did a great job with the AC compressor and AC line issues. He was clear, professional, and made sure the details were handled without making the process difficult. I appreciated how well he communicated and how smoothly everything came together. Brian kept things organized, straightforward, and easy to follow, which made the whole service experience feel dependable.
Horrible experience, bought a 2025 Durango in October 2024 and immediately started having electric issues. Was told parts had been ordered in march of 2025, it is now may 2026 and they keep giving a run around. Service department becomes upset when you ask questions and request information.
