I had never been here before. We walked in we were not welcomed but asked abruptly if we had appointments. While the person speaking to us had her back to us working on getting music going. She told us to go wash our hands. We mentioned we were there for pedicures to which she responded in an unkind way....we have everyone wash their hands. We had appointments and neither person was ready to see us. I waited for at least fifteen minutes until my tech arrived to do pedicure. I didn't feel welcomed. Rocio Ruiz amazing! I came in thinking I knew what I wanted. Which was a fullset, but only 2 are fake! Im very indecisive, she was so patient, did an amazing good and kept checking if it was ok every time. I left loving the shape, the color, and design. Will go with her again. Karla did my pedicure, shes good, took my ingrown out without pain.

Walked in hoping to get my nails done. They came off right away as rude saying they had no availability before even looking. We asked her to look of there is any times they said no times left so we left. Off putting vibes from the beginning. For context it’s a room full of white girls and we came in brown.
