Horrible, Horrible service - Excruciatingly slow. Restaurant dirty.

Ok ok Mellow Mushroom Arlington, really wanted to like you, gave you a few chances! Frankly guys it is a pleasant ambience ...then ENDS there! Seems the kitchen is beyond challenged getting a table of 8's order anywhere near coming out at same time! I waited 10 minutes while the 7 other people at my table were served! They SUCK!! cannot believe that they allow you to wait 40 to 50 mins and then the server greets you sayin the kitchen ticket times are 45min to an hour...If you have the balls to do that...tell people up front before they wait...I will never waste my time with them ever again....Bye Felicia!!

We do our very best to keep our guests well informed of wait times and the time it will take to get your food. All of pizzas and calzones are baked in a stone oven and it is a longer process. We apologize that we did not make your day during your visit and would love to have you back in to try and regain your trust. I would like to purchase your next meal with a $25 gift card. All you have to do ask for a manager at the door and show this post and they will take care of the rest.
