Richard, thanks for asking for clarification. Since we are an establishment that sells liquor, our management was under the impression that, according to TABC laws that we have posted on our front doors, we are not allowed to have guests carry firearms. Immediately following this incident, our owner was called for clarification, upon which, we received confirmation that on duty, uniformed officers are allowed to have a gun in our establishment.
