The overall experience was terrible ! The four of us specifically traveled out of our way while on our vacation last night to eat there being we love mellow mushroom. The website says closes at 10pm !! We enter and where seated as we are choosing our meals the waitress very rude and unprofessional with no knowledge of menu or what they have drink wise .. says to us do you know what you want yet our kitchen is closed we closed at 8:00 !! RecommendedJust wanted to give a shout out to Mellow Mushroom for being awesome. We door dashed tonight and we are dairy free and only can have the vegan cheese and that wasn't an option on the app and I was able to call and they worked us right in. Doing that really saved the night and made our girls so happy. Thank you!!!!

Visiting from Oregon and I love coming here with my parents as this is one of the only places I can find vegan cheese pizza!! Charlotte is exceptionally warm and friendly. She made our time at Mellow special and fun. I’ll be back next time in visiting!
Used to enjoy going often to this place but now it's just TERRIBLE service. Told them tonight that we wouldn't be coming back. The waitresses response was "then you don't even need to sign the receipt if you won't be back"
My friend and I had a girls night with dinner and drinks. YALL Charlotte our server/bartender was absolutely amazing. She paid attention she made the best sangria I have ever had and she was the nicest server I have ever had.
We had Charlotte as our bartender tonight and she was absolutely amazing! Attentive, super sweet and paid attention to detail.
Crazy busy there this evening ... Charlotte the bar tender was amazing ..drinks were great, food - good & service was great!
