My family of 6 came here for dinner a year ago. It took 20 minutes for a server to even greet our table. We immediately placed our order. An hour later we still had no food and nobody had checked on our table. My husband went and found a manager who then told us the server forgot to place our order. I placed an online order at 5:05pm, scheduled the order to be picked up at 6:15pm. Drove over to Boone and arrived at 6:08pm.
