They forgot about our order, made us wait 20 mins before they offered to re do it, another half an hour wait. We asked to cancel the order, had to wait outside in the car even longer for the curbside waitress (actually nice girl) to tell us the manager wasn’t even coming out cause “she’s busy” and I didn’t even get a refund. “She said you’ll get it”. Seriously?!?
I’m so sad! Mellow is one of our most favorite restaurants & we were so excited when we moved here to have one nearby. We keep coming back hoping that it will improve. But, last night was our last try. We ordered take out for our son’s birthday & it was yet another big disappointment. Our Funky Q (BBQ Chicken Pizza) was paper thin, crust was hard as a rock (could literally knock on one of the dough bubbles!) and it had NO BBQ sauce! 🙈
