If you know you're going to be slammed (according to our server) why would you not staff appropriately?! Waiting over an hour for mediocre food is a sign of pathetic management.

Thank you to all my friends and family for going to Mellow Mushroom in McKinney. I also want to thank the staff from this restaurant and my family from Caldwell Elementary school for making this fundraising possible and all your support. I'm so lucky and blessed for having y'all in my life.
Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for a 4 year.olds cheese.pizza last night. It was epic FAIL all across the board. Wasn't even remotely busy.. Tragic

Was there a month ago and they were very busy and the manager told us about 15 minutes after we had ordered that 2 people had not shown up for work in and it would be 45 minutes for our pizza, which i exsplained would not work for us because my 2 small boys would not be able to wait. He said he would send over appitzers to hold us over and try to get it out sooner.
