I have a family of 5, one is a newborn.they seat us at a table for 4 so I ask for a sling for my infant carrier and was told that they don't have those, so I ask for a highchair and am told that the carrier won't fit on that. Hostess leaves like it's no big deal and our waitress finally brings me another chair after I tell her is not ok worth me for my baby to be on the floor. Best pizza I've had since I moved from Ohio!! Kayla, was our waitress, one of the best and friendliest servers we've encountered here in Tennessee anywhere! Great job Mellow Mushroom, we'll definately be back!!

Love Mellow Mushroom! I get the pretzels for take out often and also love the pizza! Pizza is a bit pricey but so good and a fun place to hang out with friends! Tonight I had to wait for my take out order and they gave me a free drink while I waited...sweet��

First time eating there...was ok. We were standing in the parking lot talking as we were getting ready to leave, and the manager bombarded outside asking why we didn't leave more of a tip. You'd have thought we didn't pay or something the way she was acting. And to top it off, she didn't see anything wrong with her actions.

Food was ok, maybe a little pricey, but was there for a birthday celebration so that was okay. Management ruined it by storming out the door as we left stating "you stiffed my waitress, nobody left a tip". (which was not true). This was humiliating to our group as others coming and going looked at us as we had left and not paid. This was the worse display of customer service I have ever witnessed. I will NOT be back.
