Nothing is worse than a restaurant that is not upfront with its pricing. After we had chosen what type of pizza we would like and we’re checking out, we noticed a bunch of miscellaneous charges such as a “delivery charge” of $2.99, a “fulfillment fee” of $3.00 and—my favorite—a “DIGITAL SERVICE FEE” of .49 cents. You’ve got to be kidding me. A digital service fee??? We will never ever eat at this restaurant again. $6.50 of miscellaneous fees that don’t show up until you’ve hit the “order” button.
