A good time. Mellow Mushroom is a good place for a date or to hang out with friends. With a wide selection you can have more than jsut pizza. They have a full bar with a good selection and the prices are very reasonable.
Overrated – Service is extremely slow -- 40 minute wait for lunch calzones. Food is average at best. Good hangout for college students.
Great pizza !! – Best pizza in greater Columbia area, without a doubt. Atmosphere is very good too, like Hippie 1971. Upstair is the best with a loooong bar. Great date place with booths, if you're in college. On Gervais St. which is one of the main roads in downtown Columbia. I've eaten there maybe a dozen times in the last two years.
The perfect colledge diet! – If your looking for a laid back atmosphere or just a casual place to eat, this has it all. It is a "hippie "themed bar/resturaunt with plenty of music and fun to go around.The prices are'nt cheap, but they only use fresh ingredients that are of the highest quality.
