*updated post: This place is just like all the other membership places. They say they are different yet they aren’t. I left town as my mother was hospitalized and I had to move her to hospice. Even during this stress I called days before my appt explained the issue and rescheduled. They charged me for my appt even though I was with my dying mother. Below average massage techniques but has professional skills with asking for gratitude
Great place. Called and was able to get in on short notice. Wide range of services and prices makes the practice very accommodating for a variety of preferences. Personally I love the hot stone treatments!. Tried two different massage therapist and both were excellent. Mellow offers a nice discount plan for repeat clients.
We were unable to get a massage as the employees rescheduled us TWICE while the time we arrive for the appointment!
