It has been a while since I have been there, now I have a reason to go elsewhere. While I love spending money here in Austin, they have lost my business.
I wouldn’t expect them to honor a contract no less their word. I won’t shop here again.

Cancel culture claims another small business in Austin, sorry to see a successful business go down in flames after caving to the mob. I’ll be shopping elsewhere now!
I went there a week ago and was treated like I wasn't a buying customer. Stuck up people. If you want great customer service I would advise anybody to shop at other bike stores
