RecommendedLove those guys! Just took possession of a Super Record equipped Dogma.
They are deleting all the negative reviews because they don’t want to have to face the consequences of their actions. They backed out of a contract 4 years early to provide service and bikes to APD because of 3 hourly employees. I have purchased 2 bikes and spent thousands of dollars at your store. I will never shop here again. And the customer service has gone downhill anyway.
Horrible experience. Won’t be going back.

I’ve had three bikes built by Mellow Johnny’s. Took a couple years off cycling. Walk into MJ’s years later. They still know my name. My expectations as a customer. Answer all my questions. A great bike shop in my opinion. I might not look like the amateur and professional racers that frequent the shop. They sure do make me feel like one. I appreciate that.
Customer service was horrible and very rude!
I will never set foot in this bike shop again.
